1. Find out what symbols (doodles) can help to empower you. Symbols can serve as metaphors for your greatness. These visuals can stir something deep inside that fuels your fire.

2 . When you say the words, "I can't" you stop the creative process from showing you options. If you are still reading this, you are the type of person who would gain from this. Learn ways to bypass the inner critic that keeps you from trying new things. There is much fear around creating art. I've learned to make it so simple that you won't have to draw anything realistic. You'll begin to realize happiness is a choice and not a condition based on outside circumstances.
